Platform Architecture: Architected and built the entire Rinora.ai Agent Platform from the ground up — a multi-tenant SaaS ecosystem (2 backend services + 2 dashboards) serving multiple client organizations from a single codebase.
Backend Development (NestJS): Engineered the core API service, scaling it to 35+ modules: enterprise AI-agent integrations, autonomous agent orchestration, automation workflows, RAG document-processing pipelines (chunking, embeddings, vector retrieval), and secure Stripe payment processing — holding p95 API latency under ~200ms, with structured logging and tracing for observability.
Backend Development (FastAPI): Designed the administrative hub API using a Python modular-monolith architecture. Handled complex user identity management, organizational RBAC, billing logic, 3 OAuth providers (Google, GitHub, Microsoft), and omnichannel provisioning via Twilio for agent interactions.
Frontend Development: Delivered two production-grade Next.js applications: an AI Agent management dashboard featuring an intuitive visual workflow builder (React Flow), interaction analytics, and real-time agent monitoring; alongside a centralized admin hub for billing, access control, and tenant settings.
Cloud-Native Infrastructure: Containerized all services with Docker and ran zero-downtime rolling deploys on Kubernetes; hosted on GCP (Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Secret Manager) behind Cloudflare. Built performance-critical workers in Go and integrated Stripe Connect for payments.
