Senior Backend Engineer — AI/RAG

Platform Architecture: Designed and built the Rinora.ai Agent Platform from scratch: 2 backend services + 2 dashboards serving multiple client organizations from one multi-tenant codebase.
Backend Development (NestJS): Built a NestJS core API with 35+ modules for enterprise AI-agent integrations, autonomous orchestration, automation workflows, RAG document processing and secure Stripe payments. RAG pipelines cover chunking, embeddings and vector retrieval. Maintained p95 API latency under ~200 ms, with structured logging and tracing.
Backend Development (FastAPI): Designed a FastAPI administrative service as a Python modular monolith for identity, organizational RBAC, billing and Twilio omnichannel provisioning. Integrated 3 OAuth providers: Google, GitHub and Microsoft.
Full-Stack Product Delivery: Shipped two production Next.js applications: a React Flow dashboard for AI-agent workflows and monitoring, and a multi-tenant admin hub for analytics, RBAC, billing and tenant operations.
Cloud-Native Infrastructure: Containerized all services with Docker and used zero-downtime rolling deploys on Kubernetes. Hosted on GCP with Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub and Secret Manager behind Cloudflare. Built performance-critical Go workers and integrated Stripe Connect.

MofidGPT — AI Chatbot Platform: Designed and built MofidGPT, a production Python/FastAPI chatbot platform handling hundreds of customer-support conversations per day across the firm. Split it into 3 microservices: chat runtime, admin API and data-source service.
Multi-Agent Runtime (LangChain / LangGraph): Built a multi-agent runtime with LangChain + LangGraph, tool-calling, streaming responses and persistent conversation state through LangGraph MongoDB checkpoints.
Guardrails & Reliability: Implemented a guardrail agent to screen every response for safety and policy compliance, reducing unsafe or off-policy replies to near-zero. Added retries and failover across services.
RAG & Retrieval: Built a dedicated data-source service for RAG, using document indexing, embeddings and Chroma vector search to provide source-backed answers.
Rocket.Chat & Omnichannel Integration: Built a Rocket.Chat App in TypeScript with Apps-Engine, connecting the platform to live agents across 3 channels: Rocket.Chat, Telegram and WhatsApp. Included ASR for voice messages.
Cloud-Native & Observability: Packaged services in Docker behind nginx, with MongoDB and scheduled cleanup jobs. Centralized logging and observability with Loki + Promtail.
